There is a 2 hour window to cancel your order after it has been placed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Once you receive your items, you can return them for a refund. Although our average processing time is 3-5 business days, your order may process much faster than that.
You have 30 calendar days to initiate a return for an item from the date you place your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (this can be an original order number or the printable slips provided through our automated return system). We will gladly refund for defective items, items that arrived not as described and will refund for products that do not have confirmed delivery through USPS to shipping address. If you do not receive your item, please use your tracking number to look up the status. If USPS has confirmed delivery through their tracking system, please contact them directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were confirmed delivered by USPS. We suggest filing a missing package report with USPS if this is the case. We are also not responsible for an address error made by customers when placing the order. If an order has been processed, we cannot change the address.
Do not initiate a return if you have not received your products. Your return request will be denied. Instead, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Hygiene Products are Non-Returnable:
Hygiene products which relate to personal hygiene and self care are generally non-returnable. Hygiene products, toileting products, bathroom products, body braces, foam cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints and products that come in contact with the body; cannot be returned - they are single use patient items. No hygiene product can be returned if the package has been opened per Public Health Policy and per Baby-Treasure Policy.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE THE RETURN SLIP GENERATED BY OUR AUTO RETURN SYSTEM WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR RETURN & YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We can only issue returns to your original form of payment. If that is not an option for you, (no longer have that card, don't have access to that account, etc...) we can issue you an in store credit.
- We do not guarantee shipping timeframes. There can be unforeseen issues outside of our control. Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by USPS.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend shipping through a method you can track, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
